Universal passend für CommonRail-Dieselmotoren mit Bosch und Delphi Injektoren mit M17 x 1 Innengewinde sowie M14 x 1,5 Außengewinde.
Dieses Werkzeug ermöglicht die Demontage von sehr festsitzenden Injektoren, am Motor im eingebauten Zustand**, ohne Zylinderkopf-Demontage.
Durch die Verwendung einer speziellen Abziehbrücke und dem Einsatz der Zugspindel kann die Einspritzdüse schnell und einfach herausgezogen werden.
Die Abstützung der Abziehbrücke erfolgt entweder über die Stützbolzen welche in die Gewindebohrungen der Ventildeckel-Befestigungsschrauben (M6) eingeschraubt werden oder über die Stützleiste welche auf einer glatten Fläche am Zylinderkopf aufgelegt werden.
Die Distanzmuttern ermöglichen einen Höhenausgleich der Abstützflächen sowie den Ausgleich der Stützbolzen bei Bohrungen mit zu geringer Tiefe.
